专家简介：Professor Vladimir Belotelov, a Principal Investigator at the Russian Quantum Center, works at the Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University and leads the experimental research group there. His research focuses on magnetophotonics, ultrafast magnetism, optomagnonics, and quantum magnonics.
